Question:

ST 227P Handwarmer Issue:

I just purchased a Husqvarna ST 227P. I've used it a couple times, tonight I did four driveways and the handwarmers never even got warm? Does anyone have any idea why the handwarmers wouldn't be working? The headlights do work.

Check and make sure they got connected up when the handle assembly was install. From what I can tell from the IPL is these connected directly the engine's electrical system without any switches so they should be receiving power anytime the engine is operating.

So I took it in to a service shop, they said the handwarmers are working fine. They barely get warm? That's not going to help much when it's really cold out. Very disappointing.
