I know this thread is a little old, but I have had similar issues with two different Husq mowers. I jacked up the front end of mine, careful to put the jack under the front deck frame attachment bracket, not the muffler heat shield.  Next, on that flat plate you see in the picture below, I used a nearly closed adjustable wrench to "flex" the plate(s) and got the wheels aligned.  I won't be surprised if this is something that has to be done periodically, much as we had to take cars to the alignment shop, and more if we rode on rough roads.  I make no claims as to how much or how little this may affect the temper or strength of the plate after bending and rebending!

Here is a thread at another forum on the topic, http://www.lawnmowerforum.com/small-engine-mower-repair/20645-husqvarna-2346xls-front-wheel-alignment-issue.html

A combination of speed, turning on a slope, and an adult sized rider who may or may not be overweight, I think, put a lot of pressure on that front end!  Related is the design that gives the Husq such a tight 18" turning radius. It's not a big deal, but if you spend any amount of time at all on concrete or pavement between yards, you will see premature wear on the your tread.
