Here is what I researched for you, a Husqvarna Model 355 used the same clutch as the model 350. The Model 350 according to the IPL drawing is only available in a .325 sprocket, However the Model 355 was available in both a .325 and 3/8 sprockets, and since the ,325 sprocket matches yours, I suspect the 3/8 sprocket will work too.
If you go to the following Oregon link, you can see the crossreference:
The Model 355 crossreferenced uses an Oregon part # 108308X sprocket which is the same number for a Model 350 but again is matched to a .325 pitch. My recommendation would be to use a Powermate which has the separate sprocket rim, the Oregon Part numbers for a 3/8 pitch are 108565x for the drum, and 68210 for the rim.(refer to link)
If you can locate a Model 355 IPL drawing, you may be able to get the Husqvarna numbers for the clutch from that too.
Only protential I see with this is that oil drive gear from the 355 might not fit the 350. It would need to be changed from the spur drive to the one that is for the rim drive system. The thinking is this that the 350 and the 355 spur drive oil drive gears have different part numbers.
As for the clutch they of two different designs but with the spur drive drum being the same part number I would think that 350 clutch would work without a problem.
I doubt it would have a pico, A model 350 has the horsepower, and can easily handle a full 3/8 chain, so I'm about 99% sure its not a "pico".
But again without seeing it, I guess anything is possible.
I am sure James is doing his homework, and checking stuff out, Eugene gave him several good suggestions about checking for existing numbers, such as on the clutch
Thanks for the help. I updated my Husky 350 with a Oregan sprocket 108215X and a 18720 rim drive. I have not changed out the oil pump gear, but the old sprocket oil pump gear is working for now.
Changed the chain to a 3/8 pitch Oregan PowerSharp #541656.
Next I will update the chain tensioner to match my Husky 240.
Answer
Hope don't mind me asking a few questions here as all I got to go by is the IPLs.
Was this a custom build with 3/8 setup you started with? The reason is all the stock oil pump drive drives are .325 that I can find for stock setup.
If it was a custom build is there a pn on the clutch itself that we try to cross reference?
If this is a custom setup then maybe Karla or Robert might be of help.
Another option is check the folks on the Arboristsite, com chainsaw group as they do a lot custom mods.

James,
I did a little more research, and here is the link to a Model 355 for an IPL drawing:
/images/ddoc/HUSI/HUSI2001_AAaa/HUSI2001_AAaa__1062754-61.pdf
The Husqvarna drum and rim assembly for 3/8 pitch is Husqvarna part number 503934871 (3/8x7).
Again, I hope this helps.

James, and Eugene,
Yes, If you change to the rim and sprocket, then you would change the oil pump gear too.

what if this set-up is for a 3/8 pico tiny chain?
