Question:
I called customer support two days ago when my mower arrived, 3/27/15. Parts were missing and the most important was the discharge cover. The lady I spoke with said that she would get all the items on order and have them sent to me. She also said that I would receive an email but have yet to receive an email. Can you tell me if I have something on order for my brand new GT52XLS and also email me a confirmation on shipment?

You would need to call customer number for this info. The site is primary user supported and we seldom see any post from Husqvarna support staff here.
