    Question:
I just purchased a HU800HW and need to find an option for increasing the traction on the rear drive wheels. I have a couple of slopes that approach a 25 degree incline and the no-traction rear wheels just don't provide any traction!
What was Husky thinking when they designed these "slicks" anyway?

You must not use any wheeled mower on slopes that exceed 15°. We do offer the Hover mower ( no wheels ). The hover mower has a special engine to allow it to run on the greater angles that still allow proper lubrication of the engine.

The mowers are designed to pull the weight of the mower, in dry conditions up to a 15° slope.

Well you could have spent $700 and gotten yourself a Snapper mower with similar abilities with real rubber wheels

OR you could be happy spending $367 on your Husqvarna....   I like just about everything about this mower too, except the

wheels slipping on freshly cut clippings or rain soaked grass on a hill.  Real rubber wheels would be a nice addition to a pretty decent mower that this is.
