Purchased at Lowes. 3-31-14
When mowing and stopping to pull back front wheels lock making it hard to drag back . Is there a fix for this?
When mowing and stopping to pull back front wheels lock making it hard to drag back . Is there a fix for this?

Does the front wheels normally pulls as they should? If not then pinion and racket pawls are installed backwards. The racket pawls also could froze in place and can't release as they should

The wheel assemblies will need to be disassembled and checked as to why they are not ratcheting in reverse.
If you feel that you can not handle this you might consider letting the your dealer's service department to do the repairs.
