Question:
We have used our RZ5424 approximatelyh 4 to 4 1/2 hours and the "hour meter" has not logged any time. It is still set at "00". Any suggestions?

I would suggest contact local authorized service center, they may need unit to be brought in or may be able to come to field to fix issue. Make sure to have your receipt available for warranty.
