    Question:
I just bought the HU800HW lawnmower and so far I love it. It has 2 control levers on the handle ......using the left lever it is "tight" & the mower reacts quickly and pulling it tight I almost need to run to keep up with the mower. If I use the right lever, there is hesitation in getting the mower to move forward & pulling it tight the mower will eventually get to a "normal walking speed". Is this proper operation for this mower? I would have thought both levers would have similar "action" since there is only one adjustment for both levers. Thanks for any info!!

    Thank you for contacting AnswerARMY.

The handles do pull on the cable differently, though they should produce similar results. Please have the local authorized Husqvarna service center take a look at the mower.
