    Question:
I have a HU800AWD that has the honda automatic choke and I cannot start the engine. It is full of fresh gas and fresh oil. Is there a way to override the choke because it is not working. I also checked the spark plug and air filter. I am extremely disappointed in this is the failure. I just bought it in June and over the last month it is becoming more and more difficult to start. I would actually like to return the mower and get something more reliable. I had a 13 year old Toro with duct tape all around it and it started every time with out a problem. I purchased your mower because of the rave reviews I saw online. I now would like nothing more then to have that old mower back because the choke was assessable and easy to use. If you have a model with a choke not "built in" I would be interested in it. I an extremely unhappy disappointed in my purchase of your product. Please let me know how I can move forward returning this product.

I have the same mower and the same problem.  This mower WILL NOT START.  My only way to start this is by spraying starting fluid into the carb.  It is worthless without the starting fluid.  Additionally, when I can get it started, the front wheels lock up when trying to pull backward.  Very, very disappointed with this mower.
