I just bought a 128 CD trimmer to use with attachments. I was told by the Lowes sales person that there was no difference between the 128 cd and the 128 ld for attaching attachments. Any of their attachments would work on the CD (not just grass trimmer).
Answer
Most times when dealing Lowe's you usually get a salesperson with little training on the equipment. I would contact a regular dealer shop instead. They would have more experience with the equipment in questioned and have access needed technical data.
This is just my opinion as I have had poor results when dealing Lowe's personally and not Husqvarna. I am independent repair shop owner.
