Question:

In trying to assemble a Pro Forest Helmet we are unable to figure out how to fold the ear muff up as instructions direct to do before attaching muffs to helmet. We have used some force but it seems it shouldn't take that much force. We have pulled down to lowest position. There is thin metal strip through the joint that should snap out. Is there something we are missing here? It looks like it should be a simple matter. Help!

Hi Anne,

I've been using this helmet for over a year, and one of the ear protectors keeps detaching itself. I can't find instructions anywhere, but it sounds like you had a similar issue with yours. Did you ever get it sorted out?

i was hopeing someone from Husqvarna would answer this i have tw0 of these helmets and both are having issues with the earmuffs coming off when trying to put them up i'm going to the dealer this week and see if i can get replacement parts or get this issue fixed
