It has been messed since the last site rework which takes additional searching. No where as user friendly as it previously was.  Some IPL are not even found by it search engine and I need to go outside resources to even find IPLs that I can view.

Which particular IPL are you needing? I might be able to point you to one that you view online.

I found what I needed, thx for the offer. It's just sick what Husqvarna has become. They need to change the name of this site from "answerarmy.com" to "cannedanswerarmy.com" or "taketoauthorizedhuskydealer.com" because that's the only stupid answer that you get from anyone other than guys like you on this website. I can't wait to see Husqvarna chainsaws being made in china...

You won't need to wait very long if long as it appears that occasional use saws already appear to made there or at least some parts are.

The China stuff coming out isn't all that great either; unless, companies like Husqvarna and others keep the quality control up to specs. Companies like Briggs are already having equipment made in China with very good products being produce under their watchful eyes.

I only join this site a little a year ago  but really have seen the Husqvarna.com go down hill in the user ability to navigate it; even times it has become none operative. The current OM an IPL part is a nightmare to navigate it was much better before the changes.  And calling the customer support is just about as useless or at least it is for me. It takes working other techs and owners to get even some the basic info I need to do my repairs.

All this reminds of the days that I went through during all the bank mergers back in the 90's when I worked for Standard Register Company out of Dayton, OH. The only difference is now we have a much better internet resources.
