hello I have a 224p just bought from amazon the heated grips don't seem to ge hot , do the grips only heat when your running the machenr or should they heat at idle too
Answer
They should heat at idle but at a much reduced amount because less volt-amps (wattage) is available from the idling engine. Also there is only a max of 60 watts generated at full throttle which is shared by both heaters and the lighting system.
