    Question:
Your web site has neither a phone number nor email address to follow up when there are issues. That is completely unacceptable. I had to search the internet to find a phone number.

I spoke to two representatives who contradicted me on this point. The first actually tried to find it and then acknowledged that I was correct. The second refused and simply offered an apology. I was not at all convinced that they cared enough to actually follow up with your IT.

The issue in the first place is that your warranty registration page would not complete properly - even though there was valid data in each of the red-* fields were properly filled in. It turns out there is an unflagged check box that I needed to check. You should fix this. I uploaded a PDF of the page.

The bottom line is that you have frustrated me as a company and left a bad taste in my mouth. I will think twice before buying another of your products.

It takes a little digging but try contacting Husqvarna customer service at 1-800-487-5951 and see they can help you with your questions.

Husqvarna is the worst if I were you I would return it,, otherwise when any warrenty issue comes up they wont return calls

they are totally rude and always blame it on the customer, that it was abuse

why do you think this website don't answer questions because they know better

there new 550xp chainsaw is so lean on fuel mixture they seize,,

other issues mufflers fall off put thread locker on the bolts they still fall off

that's if you can start it up after using it 3 times,, by the time your done pulling the cord the pullstart is worn out

husky isn't what it used to be,, now its all Chinese junk made by ayp for Husqvarna
