Question:
I have a HU700F lawnmower which is about 2.5 years old. I have had to replace the front wheels 4 times in this time frame. The plastic in the wheels gets ground away. Is anyone having this problem? If you have had this problem, what have you done to correct the problem?
Rory
Answer
I have the same problem but have not replaced the wheels as of yet. Not *** bad as you though, although it could be. I should have bought new ones already or Husqvarna should give me a set already, although I have not asked them. Waiting to shop to see how much they cost. I think it is way to soon for these wheels to have already gone bad.
Cheap plastic junk if you ask me.

I know and also $25.00 for a set of wheels that should cost about $1.98 each is ridiculous although I know every else sells them for about that much. That is not to say they worth it. In this case I don't think it is the rule of Supply and Demand but rather it is a rip-off the design demanding the supply. A huge difference for me, as far as I am concerned.
I also tried to find the Husqvarna Owners Manuals (Operator and Parts) on line with no luck. Do you by chance know the address of that site?
Thx
