I have a RZ5424 with unplugged wires to hour meter,1 purple 1 black. 3 male prongs on meter. What goes where. thanks gary
Answer
The purple goes to the plus ( + ) terminal and the black goes to the negative ( - ). It should be marked on the hour meter as to where each is.

I already looked for that and it is not marked on the meter. It ahs two terminals in line on one side and one perpendicular. The meter is SenDEC Corp N231-0300 48C

Thanks for the meter info. I google the model number of the meter and found that it should be a non-polarized inline set-up.

Thanks, should be all set being non polarized just the two in line terminals either wire can't go wrong.
