Question:
I have an RZ4623 with 63 hours bought in 2013. While mowing the oher day it started to shake like it was clogging up, and a then it smoothed out and then a few seconds after it was smooth, the blades shut off.
I pushed the switch off, and turned it back on and the blades came on for about 15 second then shut off on their own. After repeating this for 6 or 7 times, the blades won't even turn on and the hour meter will flash a code 77.0 once and then display the hours again, and nothing happens.
I charged the battery,which was fine but I wanted to rule it out. The blades move freely, no clogs or restrictions.
I pulled the switch and the wires are intact, seat connection is good, wire to the clutch is intact.
With key on, engine off I don't hear any clicking when I lift the switch or push it down.
I don't have a way to get it anywhere, so what can I diagnose and how?

Sounds like an electric PTO clutch failure. If you have a volt-ohm meter you can test the PTO electric coil's resistance. It should be between 1.6 an 3.0 ohms. Very high reading indicates the coil has opened up and no conducting electricity. And any reading under 1.6 indicates either a short or partially shorted coil. I have seen these operate pulling as much 16+ amps but normally they will just blow the 7.5 fuse as it was added just to prevent this fire hazard. Normally these pull less than 7 amps when the engine is running.

What you do is unplug the connector at the PTO and test the two wires going to the PTO clutch. No electrical power needed for the ohms test other than what is supplied by the meter. Since the Hour meter is operating when the PTO switch is in the engage position that indicates that the switch is working.

The part number is 505287301 which is a Warner 5219-108. You kinda lucky as it is one of lower cost PTO assemblies as I have a lot more expensive ones.

Your PTO clutch should a large double flat bushing with a 5/8 head hex bolt in the center, That double flat is 1-3/8" (51mm) which an open wrench of this size fits,( much way than the alternative way) You may need an impact to remove the center bolt as some have thread lock on the threads. When installing the new PTO make sure to use some anti-seize compound on the crankshaft. Anti-seize compound is a mixture of grease and ground aluminum or copper depending on the blend. When tightening the center it needs torquing to 55 ft-lbs. One thing don't forget to make sure the anti-rotation bracket is in place or you will destroy the new PTO the first time you start your engine.
