    Question:
    Just purchased a 223L yesterday. Used it 1 hour yesterday and maybe 1 1/2 hours today. I keep burning my arm on the top of the engine. Do you have a sheld or a something similar I can install to keep from burning my arm?

      This is something I can relate to. I am left handed and the Homelite that I purchased causes blisters on the my left forearm too. I finally sold it and I am now using an old restored trimmer that doesn't cause this problem. The only thing I found that works and prevents this is wearing a long sleeve shirt or a sleeve protector over the left forearm.
