    Question:
RZ5424 Starting Issue. When I turn the ignition key, nothing happens. No clicks. The engine does not attempt to turn over. The hour meter is on. I checked both fuses underneath the seat and the seat safety switch is plugged in. Suggestions? Could it be the battery. Thanks!

If hour meter clicking off the time then the PTO switch probably is on (engaged) position; Otherwise for electrical power at the small terminal with the key held in the start position. If voltage the n most likely the starter solenoid is bad.

Sorry. I see if I can correct my post a little. Apparently parts of it didn't post for some reason. I know I type it in this but it is gone.

If the hour meter clicking off the time then the PTO switch probably is on (engaged) position; otherwise check for electrical power at the small terminal of the starter solenoid with the ignition key held in the start position. If voltage is present most likely the starter solenoid is bad but try jumping the two large terminal when a screwed you don't mind damaging just make sure the starter works. If voltage not present then you need check brake switch, motion control arms switches and the ignition switch in this order. There is also a  20 amp fuse but if when the ignition is on and PTO clutch engages it is okay. The wire you would tracing should be yellow if it hasn't been changed.
