A Husqvarna dealer in Spokane Washington Country Homes Power will not refund my money they stole from me. They supposedly tuned up my 357XP saw, when I pulled the plug out it had not been changed and air cleaner had not been changed. The only thing this company did was change the bar, even then they put a rancher bar on a XP saw. Pathetic service from Country Homes Power in Spokane Washington, beware of this dealer they will take you for a ride!

Thanks for the Info, I hope Husqvarna gets ahold of these people, and maybe rescinds their franchise.
It also looks like the saw was not even cleaned up either, when I return a chainsaw that I have tuned up or re-built, It looks like brand new, so I don't understand why a Dealer can't do it.
I hope you can find a better Dealer, Of course that is also why I started doing my own engines.
