    Question:
I have a Autotune 555 and it was having a problem running at higher RPM's. The tech told me that the diaphragm had broken up into pieces and didn't think he could get all the fine pieces out of the carb, but when he tried to find a carb for this model he said they were not available.

How do I get a new carb for this model?

what is your saw's serial number? I am showing three possible carbs; two of which I need to contact customer service for part numbers.

Part # 579194101 Fits Serial Numbers up to - 20121401172 (ZAMA EL44) is available thru Amazon. It is the new carbs that are not listed in the IPL

Since the sticker with the serial number didn't last long on the bottom of the saw, where else might I find it?

There should be a metal tag under the chain brake cover near the wrap around handle; unless, Husqvarna decide to do something dumb. Sometimes it can be seen without removing the chain brake cover.

You were correct and it is S/N 20134400729

        s/n 20121401173 - 20142499999 (ZAMA EL47)

I got an email into Husqvarna for verification but it appears you have a Zama C1M-EL47 carb if above serial number break is correct. If so the PN is 576194108 579194108 (PN number correction) and list for around $100.

I've searched the web for 30 minutes and can't find this particular model, even on the Zama web-site.  Can you tell me who to contact to order one of these?
