    Question:
I have a Husqvarna rz5424 zero turn mower I bought 04-09-2010. So far one of the steering arm bracket broke and has had to be replaced. One of the tall spindle tower and pulley went bad.The deck belt was damaged as a result of the spindle and pulley going bad.The warranty would not cover the belt because they said it only has a 90 day warranty on the belt. The mower only has 38 hours on it.My question is why would they not cover the belt when it was not do to normal wear and tear? Is customer satisfaction a thing of the past? I am not out to get anything free.I just want to be treated right.

Thank you for contacting the AnswerARMY.

If the belt is damaged because of another failure then yes the belt should have been replaced under the warranty.

Please ask your dealer to contact the Husqvarna technical department with any questions or for an authorization to have the belt covered.
