Question:
I have owned an ST230P snow blower for less than a year. It had been very dependable. But while transporting the vehicle damage occurred to the CONSOLE BASE MULTICONT W/SWITCH. After visiting multiple dealers - I found a dealer willing to fix it. They picked it up on December 19th, 2017- 2 snowstorms and major noreaster later- January 15th - they still can do not have the part. WHY does it take so long to have a part sent. I believed in your product and why can't you get parts to dealers?
It's January in BOSTON - we expect more snow - can I depend on Husqvarna?
