The machine is still going strong, but I have no way to direct the snow I blow. What can I do? But while transporting the vehicle damage occurred to the CONSOLE BASE MULTICONT W/SWITCH. After visiting multiple dealers - I found a dealer willing to fix it. They picked it up on December 19th, 2017- 2 snowstorms and major noreaster later- January 15th - they still can do not have the part. WHY does it take so long to have a part sent. I believed in your product and why can't you get parts to dealers?

Purchased 42'' snow blower for a new never used lawn mower and finally had time to start attaching it last night before the snow storm today (just moved into new house with huge driveway). Seeing how many parts there are I opened all the bags and sorted them out to help with the install. There missing all the 5/16 washers , shoulder bolts , and 1 nylon tie ( i have hundreds of these). Tried to contact Husqvarna and they are closed due to the holiday. Happy Hanukkah! Called local dealer and he didnt have any extra parts. Questioning my purchase when It starts off this poorly with missing parts.I am very disappointed that I have to go to a local hardware store in the storm and hope I can find correct shoulder bolts so I can complete the first attachment to even start project. Luckily I didn't sell my Ariens snowblower yet.

Minor issue: The plastic oil-filler tube dis-engaged from the top of engine oil input port.
Unable to run engine, due oil is discharged from top oil port while using.
Otherwise excellent machine.
S/N 082914M000919 Model: 96183000400 engine 208cc LCT
Part number in question: 581007201 oil filler tube. May only need rubber gasket seal ??? There's 3 plastic snow chute components and the handle cover, but I think I'm missing the bolts and nuts to attach them together and bolt them to the snowblower. Can someone send me a bag of hardware?
