My old trimmer is shot after 20 years. I want to put the wood blade on the trimmer to trim trails for cross country skying as I did with my old trimmer. Can I put the wood blade on this model? Do I need to purchase accessories like nuts and spacers to put the wood blad on the trimmer? I have two wood blades from my old trimmer with 13/16" shaft size. Will they fit this model?
- General Product Question posted October 26, 2011 by LJ GosselinQuestion:I just purchased a 128LD trimmer. The unit "bogs-down" while attempting to cut. It appears to work better when the choke lever is in the middle verses the far right.
I also noticed that there is a 1 inch part attached to a tube in the gas tank that pops up when I open the tank. I would think that this part should be way down in the tank.
I would appreciate some assistance.
