Question:Worst customer service I have ever seen. No responses at all. I have asked question reference to pole trimers several times in last two weeks and no response from Poulan, and can not get thru on phone.Lousy support. Have a new Poulan Pro PP258TP pole saw. This is second one in two weeks. Starts up fine, but will not accelerate when pulling throtle to actuate saw. Stalls out every time. Any suggestions other than turn this one back in too.
