Question:
Some time around September 23, I ordered a light kit for my RZ4623 from my local dealer. They advised that Husqvarna told them that it would not ship until September 29. I called them on October 3 to inquire on the status of the order...had not come in. I called again on October 4 and they are now telling me it will not be until October 14. I am disappointed in Husqvarna not the dealer. To tell a dealer to tell a customer one date and then move the date even further. I told the dealer if it does not come by that time I am cancelling the order. This is ridiculous. I previously had a Troy-Bilt tractor...it came with lights. I pay $1500 more for a Husqvarna and it doesn't come with lights but I have to order them and pay even more. I gave Husqvarna a great review after purchasing my RZ4623 but I'm thinking I may have done so prematurely. What is the deal with Husqvarna in not having parts readily available?
