I had the same thing happen to me about 3 weeks ago. As we were travelling at the time, I don't actually know if the alarm was going off, but I received an "outside of area" notification at 3am in the morning. Being worried for awhile, I eventually had a neighbor go over and he found the mower to be sitting in the charger with no visual problems to report. He reset the mower and it was back at mowing.
Later that same day the mower ran out of power (flat battery) and I have never had that happen before/after this incident - not sure if they were related or not. Anyway; the neighbor had to go get the mower as we were still out of town.
Thank you, Husqvarna. That worked for me. I used the menus to disable "Automower Connect", waited awhile, then re-enabled it and my mower is now showing up as it should in the app. Thanks again.
Same issue here. Started around 11am MDT yesterday (22 June 2017). And, yes, my experience with Husqvarna customer service (phone) here in the US is not good. I actually had better luck with contacting them through their Facebook account with a public posting. I'll do so again and link in this thread to make them aware.
