It worked the first time I used it after the winter although it was hard to start. Now it will not start with the key, but have found that if I pull the cord it will start which is quite difficult for me since I have severe arthritis. I don't believe it is the battery because why would it not start with key and work with pull? Also I wonder if it is the battery where would I get one? I hope this can be fixed because I cannot afford another on my fixed income. Please help!! I see that in the heighth adjuster there are only 3 slots. The top one seems to not make any difference in height so that must be 4 inches. I need to cut my grass at 3 inches so when I drop it down to the next slot my grass is too short and gets scalded. What exactly is the height for those 3 slots. I don't want to waste gas and mow on 4 when it looks shabby afterward but i don't want my grass to burn either by going lower...Can you help?!

It goes like a dream in reverse. I see that someone else had this problem, but I got mine from Amazon.com and tried to save the crate if i had to return it. After talking to the company on the phone they advised me to take it in. I am renting a trailer and taking it in tomorrow, but the company who is going to fix it said something about bringing the warrenty with me. I don't remember anything like that in my box. They said it would be 2 or 3 weeks before they can even look at it, so I will have to hire my lawn done during that time also. What is the way this is handled to take it in..First time I ever had to do anything like this. Thank You
