How can I troubleshoot the issue and get it working again?Details:We unscrewed the piece that houses the starter cord and were able to pull it out just fine, but when it is installed back on the trimmer, it is still only pulling out no more than about 1/3 the length before it locks up. We also were unable to remove the spark plug using a standard 5/8" deep socket normally used for spark plugs - it would not fit onto the spark plug.
