I have the same situation with my LGT2654! The lawnmower is exactly two years old this August. I started having problems with it in the summer of 2015, when the belt kept jumping off every time I cranked up the engine and engaged the blades. I can't tell you how many times I repaired/put it back on myself. Finally, in the spring of 2016 I took it to the Husqvarna authorized technician. They replaced the belt, adjusted the deck, fixed the sway bar. Now, several cuts later, August 2016, the belt jumped off again! My neighbor is very talented when it comes to repairs like this. After I put the belt back on twice this morning, he took it in his shop and worked on the mower for 4 hours. All seemed ok, I even was able to cut the yard for twenty minutes, until the belt slipped/jumped off again. What a joke of a product, I tell you. I thought it was a reputable brand, proud of its quality.
