    I'm extremely dissatisfied with my purchase of a new PP6600 generator. The unit failed to produce power after only a few hours of operation. I used the power chord provided with the generator to operate a refrigerator, a TV and some lamps. The generator output gradually dwindled down until there was no power produced at all. I called the hotline on my owner's manual, and brought the unit to a service provider that your hotline recommended. The service manager told me that the stator assy was bad, and when he called your company for warranty coverage, he never received a reply. He also told me that from past experience, your company always denies warranty on stator assemblies, because you always blame the consumer for improper operation of the unit. I am now stuck with a generator that does not produce power, and it needs a repair that will cost more than the purchase price. I will be forced to file a consumer complaint against your company.
