Question:
I bought a 3300 psi husqvarna pressure washer about 2 weeks ago. This is the 2nd time i have used it. One of my employees was pressure washing a house with it and out of nowhere the compression fitting flew off. My employee received a large welp from the pressurized water and is now quite gun-shy to use this equipment. Does this happen often>? Is this a recurring problem due to the high pressure? I dont want my employees getting injured. Can you tell me why this happened and give me some advice to keep it from recurring? The quick connect on the hose actually broke. I had to return it to Lowes. They replaced the hose. Not sure what I am suppose to do to compensate my employee for the welp on his back. Thank you for your quick reply.
