Seem to have a new problem, my 430X is NOT responding to timer change via the app, change the time settings on app but not getting through to the mower.
Has anyone else had this problem ?
Not good enough Husqvarna. This automower cost GB £3100.00. It's now happened again, saying 'Disconnected'. Please sort this out.
It's happened again... saying 'Disconnected' ... come on Husqvarna ... sort it out. We've paid a hell of a lot of money for this. It should work properly.
Agreed, if you can tell us why this happened it could be reassuring to know (or not ?!!), you don't want this to happen whilst you're away from home as that defeats the point of having the remote control ability using the app !

great, thanks for the help, I wonder if this is how I inadvertently got mine going again ?! Fingers crossed the problem is resolved permanently !
I didn't notice a 'x' by the battery icon but I fiddled with the settings, tried to 'unpair' devices etc which it wouldn't do, switched it off and on etc and left it but that didn't work... then suddenly it was all back to normal, but not sure what I did to fix it so not much help I'm afraid.
Having the same problem with my 450X robot mower, the app is saying 'disconnected', haven't had this problem before. Can anyone help ? I've tried turning off and on but no joy.
