sorry this answer is not acceptable. my service center, has lack of service knowledge. im not an expert but im very mechanically incline have been a certified brake mechanic for many years.i have adjusted the oiler and if i increase it it jus put more oil all everywhere but were it needs to be.it i lessen it it just put less every other than it needs to be.i will not take my unit to the service and i will not driver an hr and 15 mins to the next one. i would expect a experianced person from your site to be able to assist me.that tank is clean verified that. the air vent is not blocked also verified that as well.new lines in and out eliminates that. the gear for the oiler is in good condition, the plastic gear to turn the oiler gear is fine, not damaged.last item is the oiler and if it works im fine. if it doesnt i wasted more money than i want. and will take the junk saw to the trash compactor. and buy another brand that works and im able to service my self without clueless techs. my poulan wasnt the best saw but it so far has out ran this $400.00 junk.and was 1/3 of the price.even though yall make those as well.seems no one makes quality stuff any more, either junk, or pure junk.

i have a good idea for this solution recall your oiler system its junk. from what i have seen 4 hours of searching all over the net.

thanks neway, for basically the same answer as the service center.
