My husband is very careful with his tools . I just think it is crazy to have a saw he used only a couple of times , already be ruined. The tree was large and this saw was the largest saw for home use you could buy at Lowes . We now how more tree to cut and no saw to do it with . We have other cheaper brand saws that weren't big enough for this tree and have had them for 33 years . I will not recommend this product at all . The servicing dealer said it was excessive use ? Very dissapointed .....
