I need only the repair manual. TY
If you look at the manual, at least the one PDF I was able to download, you will see that the cover is not well illistrated and does not show the screws that hold it on. What I did not like is I had to give Benji C. my email address and not only is it posted for the world to see but his answer was not what he said he would do, just more rhetoric. Please remove my posting of my email address. One thing I hate is getting the runaround from Experts.?.
The owners manual does not tell you which screws to remove to release the muffler cover. I have download it and I need the repair manual.
Adjustment of the idle speed
Before any adjustments are made, make sure that the air
filter is clean and the air filter cover is fitted.
Adjust the idle speed using the idle adjustment screw T, if
it is necessary to readjust. First turn the idle adjustment
screw T clockwise until the cutting attachment starts to
rotate. Then turn the screw anticlockwise until the cutting
attachment stops. The idle speed is correctly adjusted
when the engine will run smoothly in every position. The
idle speed should also be well below the speed at which
the cutting attachment starts to rotate.
Hope this helps
Try two things: 1) Replace the spark plug. I like the E3 brands. 2) Replace the gas with a fresh mixture of 40:1. Most string trimmers use 32 ounces of oil to 1 Gal of Gasoline. I use Exact Mix Brand.
Other items are to replace the muffler and have the carburator adjusted.
PP133 uses .115. I plan on replacing the head with one that uses .95 if possible. Anyone know if this can be done and please post the model. TY
