I have a similar problem.  My LH TURN TRIGGER will not work all the time time.  It will not depress no matter how much force I use and the machine keeps going straight.  This is a dangerous situation that makes snowthrowing with the 2011 Husqvarna 1827EXLT a hateful task.  The machine won't turn when I want it too.  When this happens while I am backing up I sometimes get trapped against obstacles like a rock wall.

To turn the machine left I have to release the TRACTION DRIVE CONTROL LEVER which stops the machine and then the LH TURN TRIGGER will work.

This problem happens about 25% of the time I try to turn left.

I visited my local dealer who I bought it from and they looked at the prints and said there is no logical explanation for this behavior.  I asked them to contact Husqvarna to find out if there is a service bulletin on this but they never got back to me.

I contacted them today again, after a season of using the machine - despite the problem, and they said they do not work on snowthrowers now (May) and to contact them again in the fall when they work on snowthrowers again.  I asked if they can at least contact Husqvarna and see if there is a service bulletin and they said they were too busy and besides, they would need to experience the problem themselves before calling their Husqvarna service rep.

Does anyone have a answer to this problem?
