so in other words the engine hasnt sufficient power to engage the blades without babying them. none of my neighbors have that issue with their riders , it must be a weedeater thing. I keep hearing in my head........"you get what you pay for." We live and learn I guess!!
mine did the same thing , i thought it was included in the trans problem but i guess not. WOW, i am going to list my new we261 on craigslist to trade for a used garden tractor or brand name mower. I am fed up, i used my new mower for 15 feet before i had to take it to the shop, then the more I ask around the more horror stories I hear about this product. It surely isnt made for years of trouble free operation like the brand named mowers are. thanks,mike
I feel for you, i bought one and got 15 feet of mowing before the transmission went out. I been told that these units are the YUGO of riding mowers. My new mower sits in a repair shop and i wonder if my grass will be too high to cut before i get it back, then will the trans go again, or what else. I feel I will be a frequent guest of the repair shop in the next 2 yrs., and you might be too! good luck
