This doesn't really help me as I'm 1000 miles away from the mower and now have no idea if it's working or not.
I called Husqvarna customer service and they were no help. The woman wanted to have me go to to my local dealer but it told her it was most likely a network issue and there was no way they would be able to help me. She took down my number and said someone who deals with the automower would call me. Still haven't received a call. The mower is still following its schedule and mowing at least. I also have the little x by the cell symbol.
I'm having the same issue! Started yesterday 6/21/17. Tried everything, reseting app, resetting mower, and of course I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow and would like to monitor my mower. Is thee any new info in this?
