your answer is not correct sir ive gotten nothing but problems out of this so called customer service you guys are advertising including a manager who said they would call me within 48 hours 4 months later still no call let me list the issues out of this mower 1.) stering adapter broke 2.) tire shredded couldnt find one easily 3.) now i cant make it start no matter what i try. imma sell this crap in a yard sale for $50 bucks in hopes the buyer dosent want a refund because its not even worth that. bye the way its less than a year old.
