I and a friend have the same problem. Husky works good when it starts.unfortunately it is cold during snow season and unless you have a heated garage for storage starting is very iffy. With less than 6" it's much easier to just shovel it. I'll be trading in soon for whatever they will give me. Guess what make I won't even consider in the future. This has been an on-going problem since the 2nd year. I even had it refurbished last year by a husky dealer. It started good the rest of the season now back to same old problem.i use non-ethanol gas and store it according to manual recommendations. it started ok a month or so ago when it was 4o degrees but today at 20 I wasted 30 min. trying to no avail.
