Question:
I purchased a Husqvarna walk behind self propelled w/kohler 7021 engine big wheel lawn mower 1n 2009.In the sring of 2010 had to have the carb replaced by sear where I bought it they specified that warranty would not cover the carb replacement I paid out of pocket.The next year 2011 the same thing happened along with the safety cable had both those items peplaced.Two months latter after the warranty had exceeded the two year puchase date the self propelled gear box and transmission decided to break which means I would be out of pocket again.The total cost of repairs to this lawn mower would be $352.37 the warranty coverd nothing thats the price of a brand new lawn mower.I do not think that is right or fair I brought your product i go faith because I thought it was a good product but I was wrong the salesman at sear really gave this mower top billing now it looks like I am out of the cost of a lawn mower./I know the your big business and you my not care but I take care of my cutomers better than that,so now I have to buy a new mower my grass still grows but you can bet it will not be a husqvarna anything and I will recomend to friend and all I no to steer clear of hunkberden!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
