Fuel lines are correct, I made sure to double check that when I put the carb back together. Switched the lines and could see air bubbles going out the fuel filter when the primer was pushed so I switched them back.
Internal filter screen was clogged when I initially took apart the carb so I cleaned it then. Although I might check that again because I tried getting it started a few times after I put the carb back together but before I replaced the fuel lines and filter.
I went to my local lowes to look at the new models they have in stock. I noticed the new models have small plastic fittings on the fuel lines. There's 1 fitting connecting two hoses for the fuel line (filter-tube-fitting-tube-carb) and then another fitting attached at the end of the fuel return line. My 128 does not have these. I'm not sure what purpose these fittings would serve but could not having them cause my problems?
