Hi John, Thanks for using Answer Army. Your tractor is equipped with a service reminder hour meter. Service reminder shows the total number of hours the engine has run and flashes to indicate that the engine or mower needs servicing. When service is required, the service reminder will flash for two hours. See maintenance section of operators manual to service engine and mower. NOTE: Service reminder runs when the ignition key is in any position but stop. For accurate reading, be sure key remains in the stop position when engine is not running. Thanks again for using Answer Army.
Hi Garn, thanks for using Answer Army.
When the mower stalled, it is possible that you were mowing grass too high. When it stalled it could have thrown the belt off the pulley. If this is the case then you will need to remove the top cover to see. If the belt is off then just reinstall the belt and then the cover. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, please contact you local dealer by gong to www.weedeater.com for a dealer in your area. Again thank you for using Answer Army.
Hi Fred, thanks for using Answer Army. Yes, there seems to be issues with the two shafts meshing together on your unit. You can either take the trimmer back to the retailer depending on their return policy, or your local servicing dealer check it out. Please locate a dealer at www.weedeater.com. I hope this helps and again thank you again for using Answer Army.
Hi, thanks for contacting Answer Army. It sounds like your trimmer may need a carb adjustment. You will need a special carb adjusting tool to make this adjustment. So I recommend letting your dealer make this adjustment. It will only take a few minutes to perform. Again thanks for using Answer Army.
Hi Steve, Thanks for using Answer Army. The part number for the light kit is 539 131805. As for larger tires, I would use the same size, but a different tread pattern. Go to www.husqvarna.com for a list of dealers in your area. There you can purchase your parts and accessories. Again thanks for using Answer Army.
Hi Joan, thank you for using Answer Army!
Sometimes the cables in the shafts don't line up with each other very smoothly. In other words, one will not fit into the other. Try turning the trimmer head a little, and reinstalling the shafts together. Be sure to align the grooves on the upper and lower shafts before installing.
Please let us know if you get it to align and again thank you for using Answer Army.
Hi, thanks for using Answer Army.
It sounds like the chain brake is engaged and will have to be released in order to get the cover back on. If you can not release the brake by pulling the handle back, then the clutch will need to be removed along with the clutch drum. Next the cover will need to be replaced back on and then release the brake. Please let your dealer check it out if you feel uncomfortable performing these actions. Below you can find a link to the servicing dealer locator and again thank you for using Answer Army.
Hi, It all depends on the age of the unit. If the bump is blue, its a T35. If the bump is black it a Trimmy. If the spool is moulded to the bump its a Trimmy Hit. As far as the part number its according to the age of the unit. Thanks again for using Answer Army.
Hi Skitch, Thanks for using Answer Army. There are a number of reasons that will cause the unit to stop running. This can include but not limited to bad fuel, electrical wiring, timing, and compression. These all can possibly cause the unit to fail. You can contact your local servicing dealer to check the unit out and to verify warranty. Please go to www.poulanpro.com to search for a list of dealers near your area.
Again, thank you for using Answer Army.
Hi Michael, Thanks for using Answer Army. Be sure to depress the clutch/brake pedal, and set the parking brake.
Again thanks for using Answer Army.
