    Well I will update and give the devil his due. After MANY calls to Poulan warranty number I was finally given a case number and transferred to the factory (or so I was told) After much discussion and the "factory rep" talked to the repair shop I was told they would send me a new blower as a goodwill warranty. I was then told to throw away the bottle of Poulan oil that came with the unit and buy a better grade. (He gave me a spec number). Upon receiving the new unit it now comes with a bottle of Poulan full synthetic 50:1 oil. Read the manual and now it is 50:1 instead of 40:1.....hmmmmm
