    I had to search support help issues for “phone” and it did come back with a North American support line. The number for me was (800) 487-5951. After calling the Husqvarna support line and speaking with the representative, they informed me that my dealer should use the “Dealer Support Channel” and select “Technical Support” to get the information on ordering and installing the Automower Connect feature. I called my dealer back, gave them that information, and a few hours later they called back to say they knew how to order it and it was ~$225.00. I think it comes in the form of a SIM (memory) card that gets installed into the mower. The details aren't provided to consumers though--only dealers. I have ordered it for mine, but it hasn't come in yet.

    The dealer can go into the dealer's Husqvarna website and look under Warranty Information for the specific automower you have and retrieve the factory assigned PIN code for it. I had to do the same thing as the manual doesn't say anything about needing the PIN code or where to get it, and my dealer initially had no idea either.
