    Question:
I just purchased a 345FR Brushcutter. The dealer had it waiting for me when I went to pick it up. One of the employees carried it outside and started it while I pulled my truck up to the entrance. He showed me the basics, and shut it off.

When I got home, I read the owners manual, reviewed the components, setup the harness, etc ... and then attempted to unsuccessfully start the 345FR. I triple-checked the instructions to make sure I wasn't missing a step. Nada .. nothing. Pretty frustrating. I paid a pretty penny for this model. My right hand and elbow are sore from the 50+ pulls before I finally gave up.

I own a husq chain saw that has a very similar startup method (decompression valve, choke, primer bulb, etc ...) so I am not a total idiot. This is my 2nd brushcutter, but my first husqy brushcutter.

The fuel was mixed by the dealer, so I assume it is good!

The dealer is 40 min one-way drive ... would appreciate any last troubleshooting steps or advice before I return the brushcutter next Weekend. Thanks!

Good luck on any repair.  A new 555fx with a suspected air leak.  Took it to the service center, eyes crossed, been in the service center for six weeks and all they can say is air leak.
