    Question:
I have just bought a Husgvarner snow blower model 12527HV. I have assembled all of the bar mounted parts and the engine and other features work EXCEPT the reverse function on the Drive Speed Control Lever. When I move this lever to the reverse position the snow blower still continues in the forward direction. Any ideas?? Thanks Peter

    Peter,

    Thank you for contacting Husqvarna.

There are no known issues with the problem that you are experiencing that I am aware of, thinking off the top of my head. That causes me to think that it may just need an adjustment to correct the problem. I am attaching the Dealer Locator to this response so you can find a local dealer that you can take the snow blower to so the problem can be corrected. Please be sure to take along your receipt showing the date of purchase for warranty consideration. If the unit did this out of the box and just purchased, you shouldn't have any problems getting this corrected. Also keep in mind that any adjustments will only be covered for the first 30 days from the date of purchase, so get it in as soon as possible. You can also have the dealer call Technical Support to verify coverage before the repair is done. Here is the locator that I mentioned: /images/us/homeowner/dealers/dealer-locator/
