Question:
I tried to register my new chainsaw online and it would not save. Always gave me a Null error. Also don't like that there is not a contact number or email to get questions answered.

I'm trying to do the same thing--register a product--and keep getting the "null" error message. I echo the sentiment about not having an email address to send questions to. I think I went through this problem with my chain saw registration.
